Mindfulness Yoga & Meditation Retreat

JUNE 14-16TH 2019. SHANTI RETREAT. WOLFE ISLAND. 

 

This mindfulness yoga and meditation retreat is an opportunity to step away from your regular daily life, slow down, and connect with yourself and this naturally peaceful landscape. We will practice mindful movement through yoga and breath work, as well as some seated mindfulness meditation. The mornings will be silent, the days will be slow, and the evenings will be restful. 

 

Schedule:

Friday

Arrive to Shanti after 2:00 pm

4:30 - 6:00 pm - Vinyasa Yoga class

6:30 pm - Evening Meal

8:15 pm - Welcome gathering & Meditation

 

Saturday

7:30 am - Self serve breakfast

9:00 - 10:30 am - Vinyasa Yoga class

12:00 pm - Lunch + Free time

4:30 - 6:00 pm - Restorative Yoga and Meditation 

6:30 pm - Evening meal

7:30 pm - Free time/Cinema/Bonfire

 

Sunday

7:30 am - Light Breakfast

8:30 - 10:00 am Vinyasa Yoga class

10:45 am - Brunch

12:00 pm - Check out

Shared (3-4 per room) - $415 + HST

Semi-private (2 per room) - $465 + HST
